I login successfully but I can not download anything

Problem:

I access with my user data correctly but then when I try to download something inside of the download area I can't download anything.

Solution:

First you must be sure you've logged in successfully with your user data without any error, the simplest proof that this is so is if you see a "User menu" below the main menu if you can see that menu you accessed correctly, but if you don´t see it the problem is not in the download, the problem appear when accessing with your user data.

If your case is the first and you see the "User Menu" Your problem may be one of the two listed below.

1. The downloads are blocked by an anti popups for example Google toolbar.

There are numerous bars that can be added to the browser by adding many features to it. One of these bars is for example the Google Toolbar is that we'll use in the example to see how to solve the problem. There are also browsers like Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox that have an anti popups (Blocker) in the settings of the application (with a little investigation you will not be difficult to change the settings value for these)..

As we can see in the picture above the google toolbar is blocking pop-ups indicating the number of windows blocked, if we click on the download link (of a manual in our download area) we will observe as the value number increases by 1.

To enable the download we only need click the button on the google toolbar wich appears the number of blocks value and you will allow pop-ups ONLY for the web page where we are. The bar would be like in the picture below.

From this moment we could download the manual without problems.

2. The downloads are blocked due to security restrictions of Internet Explorer.

In this case if we like continue maintaining the safety levels that we have configured the simplest thing we can do is click on the bar and choose "download" as we see in the picture below.
